Michael brings over 25 years of experience in the industry as a Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, General Foreman, Foreman, and Ironworker. He utilizes management skills developed and refined from his 25 years of reserve military service as Operation Chief, Company 1st Sergeant, and Maintenance Management Advisor.  Michael relies on his extensive knowledge and experience to complete any project assigned to him from Private, Caltrans, public works, to commercial. Michael’s hands-on assertive approach garners confidence by all stakeholders that any project he manages will out-perform and over-deliver from start to finish. In his previous role, Michael focused on all aspects in the company from Project Manager, Superintendent, Sales, Estimating, Shipping and Billing - doubling the company's sales revenue consecutively for 3 years. His consistent action and success was recognized in the Ironworkers Magazine in 2024.
